Jacob Ängman

Jacob Ängman (1876-1942), Swedish silversmith, designer and craftsman. In 1907 he was employed by Guldsmedsaktiebolaget in Stockholm (GAB), where he was designer and artistic director until 1942. His extensive design of industrial products made him a pioneer and innovator in the Swedish silversmithing industry.

Rosenholm has a stylish silhouette with small yet expressive details. The silver features a beautiful matte finish which gives the cutlery a modern look. Rosenholm was created by Jacob Ängman in the early 1930s and is largely inspired by the simple design language of Functionalism.
